Brandon Fetner
Brandon was born and raised in Lanett, Alabama. He was saved on August 1, 1984 at summer camp. In the fall of 1987, he met his future wife, Sherrie, on a church bus going to the skating rink. They were married on August 15, 1992. They have two wonderful children: Caleb and Eryn.
Brandon attended Samford University in Birmingham and earned a B.S. in Computer Science in May 1996. The Fetner's moved to LaGrange in January 1997. They joined Faith Baptist that summer. Brandon has been the Database Administrator (and later Director of Administrative Computing) at LaGrange College since September 1999. He earned an MBA from LaGrange in May 2004. In 2008, Brandon became the interim choir director at Faith Baptist. Effective September 2009, Brandon was officially named choir director.
Brandon takes to heart the importance of music in worship. The choir at Faith Baptist is a family, and it is a blessing and privilege to sing to the Lord with family!
Brandon's hobbies include spending time with his family, travel, and playing the piano. And you can usually find Brandon in the gym three or four days a week lifting weights.
His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:6: "Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ." Thank you, Lord, that You're not done working in and through me!
